Ashlee Simpson has had plenty of experience in the mothering department due to her 3-year-old son Bronx, with ex-husband Pete Wentz. Now that her older sis Jessica is very pregnant-actually ready to pop any minute now- Ashlee took some time to share her thoughts. In an interview with Access Hollywood, Ashlee gives us a little insight into how her sister Jessica is doing. This is Jessica’s first pregnancy, after all.
Ashlee shares: “[Jessica’s] amazing. She’s doing really great. She’s feeling good, looking great — she’s going to be a good mommy!”
What support. And apparently little Bronx is just as excited as his mom Ashlee, the soon-to-be-aunt, to have a new baby around.
“He is so excited!” Ashlee gushes about her son. “He’s already got all of his little toys ready for the baby. He’s like, ‘I want the baby to have this!’ It’s really cute. Bronx is excited.”
That is very sweet! Jessica Simpson and fiancé Eric Johnson have not disclosed the actual due date of their first child, but have hinted it’s this spring. We’re guessing it’s sooner than later! We can’t wait to meet the little Simpson bambino!
